Changing my diet was really difficult. I began with a detox diet and ate from a very limited list of foods. It contained about 10 vegetables, protein, olive oil, lemons and unlimited spices. With such a limited list of foods it was extremely difficult. I had to prepare everything. My holistic doctor taught me some tricks. One was to make soup and freeze it in mason jars. This made life so much easier. When I headed to work, I grabbed a jar of soup. By the time lunch got here it was thawed. In my recipe collection you will see many delicious soup recipes. Enjoy!
