Balance

When you love yourself you will feel an inner peace and calmness with the world around you. This will be evident even in moments of turmoil. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, there is simply awareness. In moments of difficulty, I like to listen to my inner self and make no judgement. React in a calm way and have self acceptance. When you like yourself there is no reason to create a problem! Life is about balance. Too much of any quality will lead to issues. Generosity, politeness, and love are all good traits. If you display too much of one, it becomes a bad quality. Be one with your moment and live without judgement. Seek to understand and live with compassion rather than empathy. Compassion can be gentle as you take care of yourself or others, or harsh in the case of tough love. In any moment be yourself. Step back before you react. Be self aware of your feelings and own the outcome of your actions. This is what I call living with balance.
